Met Ball. Pt 1 - McQueen
The Annual Metropolitan Museum Costume Institute gala took place in New York last night. Pinnacle people in the industry attend wearing gowns that are beyond beautiful. Couture and vintage fashion-house pieces are top choices for the elite. This years event was a celebration of a new exhibit Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty. To add to the excitement this past week would have been the anticipation of Kate Middleton's McQueen wedding dress. It was no surprise to see a large amount of the deceased designer's fans paying homage to him and his label.
